Pre-sharpening with FocusFixerThis photo by John Gray was supplied as a raw file straight from a Canon EOS 10D. It was imported into Photoshop without adjusting brighness and contrast, to allow FocusFixer to expand the contrast as it puts the slightly blurred light back into highlights without reaching saturation. FocusFixer was used with a Deblur value of 1.9 and a Threshold of 0 (the image was noise free). Brightness and contrast were adjusted after FocusFixer was applied (with the same adjustments for original and processed images). |
