NoiseFixer V3 is one of the easiest to use and most effective Adobe Photoshop plug-in to be produced by the FixerLabs team.
It removes 'noise' or 'graininess' from images by giving total control to you, the user. With its sophisticated mathematical technology hidden by a simple and easy to use front end it has never been easier to remove color and black and white noise from your images. Independently displaying the noise from your image's luminance and chrominance components you see the final combined effects live in the resizable preview screen.
- Now 64-bit for Windows and Photoshop CS4+
- Removes 'noise', 'grain' or 'fuzz' from images
- Larger, resizable previews
- Works with Photoshop automation for batch processing
- Fast!
- An essential tool for use with high ISO and low quality images alike
- Obtains results without removing the crispness from the image
- Works independently on the grey and colour components
- Stunning color noise removal
- Seamless integration with your image editing workflow as a plug-in filter
- Works on both 8-bit images and 16 bit images
- PC Windows Xp and Vista (and Mac OS X soon)
Like all the plug-ins produced by FixerLabs, NoiseFixer V3 has been designed to ensure the very best results are simple to produce for the technical and non-technically minded alike.

The control panel explained..
Once installed NoiseFixer will appear as a Filter option in Photoshop. To use you first select an image or image region. The control panel will display four windows (two for a black and white image). The top two windows show the color content (chrominance) and
the grey content (luminance) of your photograph (in this case a test chart taken
at high ISO). The lower two windows show the original image on the left and the result on the right. To move around the image you drag the mouse to the preferred location. To adjust the level of zoom select the + or -icon.
Since Cameras differ you may need to adjust the color noise more than grey noise. NoiseFixer allows you to filter out the
noise in either the color or grey components independently.
To remove color noise simply adjust the Color Noise slider from
zero to a value where the noise is no longer apparent. To fine tune you can click on the arrow icon. To remove the Grey Noise again move the slider from zero to a point where the noise
is least apparent.
Unlike other filters, which can soften your image, by adjusting the color and grey noise independenlty you can achieve significant noise reduction and still retain the detail in your image.
Once you're happy with the result in the preview panel, click OK and the selected image or image region will be processed and the result returned to Photoshop.
