Our Coupons explained

Thank you for purchasing a product from FixerLabs. Many of you don't realise that we issue Discount Coupons with every purchase to encourage our customers to try another product from the FixerLabs team. The information is usually provided in your order confirmation email but we know these often get mislaid. So to help you figure out what coupons you may be entitled to click on the links below and make a note of the Coupon code. To get your discount you need to go to our store and purchase the relevant items and as you proceed to the check-out you will be asked to enter a Coupon code to receive a discount if applicable.

We have three types of Coupon :

1. Multi-Buy: - These allow Customers who have already purchased a single copy of our software, but now wish to purchase additinal copies, to obtain the Volume discounts that we offer when multiple copies are purchased at the same time.
2. Update: - These are only valid for customers who purhcased any of our products before 31 Dec 2003 or who purchased SizeFixer SLR before 31 May 2005
3. Upgrade: - These are loyalty coupons designed to encourage you to try something new.

What if the Coupon doesn't work?

All the Coupons we issue include validation to ensure that the user meets certain pre-defined criteria in order to be eligible for the discount. As most of our coupons are issued as a reward when you place an order, the first thing we check when a coupon is used is that the user has in fact purchased the original item. If the eSellerate system doesn't find a match, then the coupon will be invalid. The most common cause of this problem is that you have changed your email or address details so our records no longer match. Just let us know any changes and we can update the records accordingly.
